Every day we use different types of paper: in a notebook, in the printer, as gift wrapping, and even as tissues to blow our noses... Have you ever wondered how paper is made? Come discover the secret!

From now on, you will make paper yourself!
With the Science Kit for paper making, we will learn how paper is created and produce different types of recycled paper from pulp that we make from milk cartons, grasses, leaves, and even carrots! On the colorful pages we create, we can draw beautiful pictures, write birthday cards, or make a notepad out of recycled paper pages, as a gift for parents and friends.
How does it work?
Just like in real paper mills, we will learn and experience all the paper-making processes. We will collect raw materials such as paper scraps, wood chips, leaves, grass, and even carrots, soak them in water to soften them, grind them in a blender, and turn them into pulp. We will pour the paper pulp into a special tray and now, wait patiently, because the magic happens right before our eyes: as the pulp dries, it will turn into a real sheet of recycled paper that we made ourselves!
